Exporting products from Apimio PIM is a simple process that allows you to efficiently manage your product data. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to export your products and create customized export templates.
Steps to Prepare Export CSV
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Log in to your Apimio PIM account.
Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Export Section
In the dashboard, locate and click on the "Products" tab.
Then Click on the Export Option.
Step 3: Apply Search Filters
Within the Products section, use search filters to select the specific products you want to export.
After selecting your products, click "Next."
Step 4: Apply the Template
You will be directed to a new page where you can choose a predefined template or create a new template according to your preferences.
Select the desired template or create a new one.
Click on "Apply."
Step 5: Map Your Products
You will now need to map your products to the selected template. Then click on Next.
Step 6: Configure Export Settings
After mapping, a pop-up window will appear.
Fill in the necessary export settings, such as export type and language.
Click on "Start Exporting."
Optionally, you can save the template for future use.
Step 7: Export Process
The export process will begin, and you will receive a notification that the export is in progress.
An email will be sent to the provided email address once the export is completed.
The email will contain a link to download the exported CSV file.
