Steps to Know the Image Quality Score

Step 1: Log in to the Apimio Dashboard

Open your web browser and navigate to the Apimio PIM Dashboard.

Log in to your Apimio account using your credentials.

Step 2: Access the Product Tab

Once logged in, you will find a navigation menu on the left-hand side. Click on the "Product" tab to access product-related features.

Step 3: Navigate to "All Products"

Within the "Product" tab, click on "All Products." This will display a list of all the products in your inventory.

Step 4: Select a Specific Product

Scroll through the list of products and click on the product for which you want to evaluate image quality. This will take you to the product's details page.

Step 5: Navigate to the Media Section

On the product's details page, you will see a horizontal navigation bar near the top. Click on the "Media" option in this navigation bar.

Step 6: View Media Related to the Product

Upon clicking "Media," you will be directed to a page displaying all the media files associated with the selected product, including images.

Step 7: Understand the Image Quality Score

Each image in the media section will have an associated Image Quality Score represented by a color:

Red: Indicates that the data and format of the image are inaccurate. Immediate changes are needed.

Yellow: Suggests that some aspects of the image's format are acceptable, while others are not. Improvements can be made.

Green: This signifies that the image meets all quality criteria, including format, size, and dimensions. These images are considered good quality.

Accurate Image Format

To achieve a green Image Quality Score, ensure the following:

  • Images are less than 200 KB in size.

  • Images are in JPG or WebP format.

  • Image dimensions are 1080 x 1080 pixels.

  • Images are square in shape.
